The folks at Village Books gave me a chair fit for a queen. What luxury! And I got roses–I love roses!
Along with signing books, I had a captive audience. I love sharing stories with how I come up with the worlds that my characters live in.
And yes, I signed books for hours. No matter how tired my hand gets, I never am too worn out to autograph one of my books!
RAW 2007
The line of readers waiting patiently to get their books signed at RAW was so long that I sat there Friday night until 11pm.
I honestly never got tired of signing books, or chatting with so many wonderful ladies.
Here I am at the ’80’s party, Saturday night at RAW.
Lora Leigh was presented with the most amazing quilt I’ve ever seen. You can’t tell as well in this picture, but its a quilt of a bookshelf, filled with all of our books. There were also pictures of all of the authors who were at RAW. It’s the most beautiful quilt I’ve ever seen.
